Five distinct homes range from a nine-bedroom oceanfront estate to a pod-style atrium at the water’s edge, with three more in between. Wherever you stay, you’re a short drive from Grace Bay, the marinas, the renowned restaurants, and the rest of the island.

Each villa was walked through by us before it joined the collection. Every kitchen tested, every shoreline timed at first light, every room slept in. And every villa comes with a host who grew up here and a dedicated concierge. Most also include a butler and a housekeeper, with a private chef to add to any stay.

How We Look After You

The villa is yours.
The thinking is ours.

Every villa comes with a host who grew up here and a dedicated concierge. Most come with a butler and a housekeeper as well. The same team at the same villa, year after year.

Transfers from the airport, the fridge stocked to your preferences, a boat at the dock, a sitter when you need one, supper at sunset. Everything between booking and farewell, ours to arrange.
